There are many race boats around the 6.5m size -so why not create a fair box rule that allow them all to race together!?
Maybe there already is one..?
The Thompson650 is arguably the benchmark for sportsboats in the southern hemisphere, but in the Northern hemisphere sees a very different style of sportboat like the: Corail 6.50, Mach 6.50, Bee 6.50 and the new K650.
This is an attempt to formalise a few regattas and the principle dimensions of such a class.
